Yes! We do not use your data for anything. At anytime you wish we can download into a SQL database or Excel for a fee.
Extremely safe! We employ McAfee Secure to hack our system every single night to verify there is no way in to your data. In addition, when a users leaves your company, disabling their users cuts off access to the data immediately. It is a good way to ensure your data stays internal to your company considering this is the highest area for data loss.
The data is backed up every 15 minutes, giving us the ability to quickly go back to any point in time down to the minute. The backups are also moved to our redundant backup servers where they are mounted for immediate usage in-case of an outage. This is why we have never been down. All of our servers are hosted at Rackspace in Dallas, TX at a completely redundant Class A datacenter. It costs top dollar but your data is worth it!
We support all the major browsers including Edge, IE, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. This can be accessed from a PC or Mac using iOS or Android devices.
Unlimited amount of data and we keep it FOREVER! We do not archive your data either. It is accessible anytime, anywhere and fast.
Yes you can from most places although it is based on security. Most customers want their salespeople to be able to export sales data, but not necessarily a full customer list.
It is included in the setup and training fee. There is an extra fee to import your opportunities or bids but it is based on how close it is to our standard import template.
