The Jobs Module takes your awarded bids and allows you to create jobs. Below are some of its features:

Track Submittals, RFPs, and Change Orders separately using the status changes: Processing, Submitted, Re-Submitted, Approved/Hold, Rejected, Ordered, Received/Completed.

Keeps track of the version, quantity of submittals sent out, conditions when quoted (mark-up or discount), conditions when ordered, date requested, date submitted, date of approval, expected ship-dates, and actual ship-dates on each Submittal.

Track general information about the job including notable dates, vertical market, contractor, engineer, architect, site information, owner information, plan and specification information, etc…

Overview page that summarizes the quantity and value of jobs within each status level.

Stores an unlimited amount of customizable notes in each job.

Create alerts (compatible with most calendar/mail programs i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, etc…) to remind users of specific tasks. These alerts appear on the overview page and automatically generate calendar events.

Completely integrated with Microsoft Outlook including the ability to automatically generate calendar events in your Outlook calendar.

If  Document Module is purchased, users may attach unlimited amounts of documents to each job such as quotes, estimates, submittals, and plans. (File types include Microsoft Office documents, Adobe, CAD, etc…)
