The Documents Module allows users to attach documents within bids and jobs, allowing you to keep track of quotes and important documents.  Below are the key features:

When creating a note for a bid or a job, click the browse button and select a document from your computer.  The file is uploaded to our database and attached to the bid or job.  

Documents can then be viewed from any place where you have access to a web-browser.

File types supported include Microsoft's Office Documents (.doc, .xls, ppt, etc.), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), graphic files (.jpg, .gif, .bmp), iSqFt Files, CAD (.dwg), and many others.
