Track each division’s bids separately by using some of its features: Requested, Quoted, Follow-up, Targeted, Awarded, Lost, Missed, Cancelled.

Track customizable bid types like Individual, Group, Design-Build, etc.

Dynamically select the companies bidding on the project from your repository of companies entered into your system.

Track general information about the bid including closing date, vertical market, general contractor, engineer, architect, site information, owner information, specifications, plans information, etc…

An overview page summarizes the quantity and value of bids within each status level.

Store an unlimited amount of customizable notes in each bid.

Create alerts (compatible with most calendar/mail programs i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, etc…) to remind users of specific tasks. These alerts appear on the overview page and automatically generate calendar events.

Calendar page shows all of the bids, color-coded by status, to provide a comprehensive visual overview.

If Document Module is purchased, users may attach an unlimited amount of documents to each bid such as quotes, estimates, and plans. (File types include Microsoft Office documents, Adobe, CAD, etc…)
